Click your avatar in the upper-right corner of the screen, then open the Profile tab.

In Profile, you can:

  • Change your name, profile photo, and password;
  • Select a plan and billing period, and pay for your Smetter subscription;
  • Check how much time remains on your current subscription;
  • Configure automatic notifications;
  • Join the referral program.

Result: Smetter applies your personal settings across the system.

Subscription Management

  • To disable automatic subscription renewal, contact Smetter Support;
  • To obtain closing documents for subscriptions paid by a legal entity, contact Smetter Support;
  • To downgrade to a lower plan, contact Smetter Support. Some data may need to be removed because it is not supported on lower-tier plans;
  • For subscription refund requests, contact Smetter Support.
